How we're working with members
ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ is working with home builders and their supply chain to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We have established a Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group to ensure the sector is recognised as being inclusive and progressive.
The key purpose of the group is to increase home building support, adoption and implementation of policies that promote, attract and sustain a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Our EDI group meets virtually three times a year and is open to all ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ members.
Key resources
The has resources to support the construction industry in promoting a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) within workplaces.
Led by Ceca and part funded by CITB, the toolkit contains a range of free resources, including e-learning modules on topics such as ‘Leading people inclusively’, toolbox talks, and useful downloads.
This section contains a number of case studies explaining what individual companies are doing to promote a culture of FIR within their workplaces and supply chains.

- ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Women into Homebuilding Programme has been designed to focus on Site Management positions to increase the representation of women in leadership roles and address the shortage of skilled Site Managers in the home building and wider construction workforce
