One of the benefits of being a ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ member is that you're able to join the National Customer Satisfaction Survey and ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Star Rating scheme.
Conducted annually, the survey gathers feedback from new build buyers to assess home builder performance, drive improvements, and enhance customer service. Participating home builders are awarded an annual ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Star Rating based on the feedback received. The results of the survey and star ratings are published in March each year, with an awards reception held at the ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Policy Conference for 5-star builders.
