Rachel Danemann is Regional Planning Manager of the Home Builders Federation with responsibility for members鈥� planning matters in the Midlands and South-West.
Prior to joining 午夜剧场 in February 2023, Rachel held the role of Principal Planning Policy Officer at Harborough District Council. She has twenty years鈥� experience working for in the public sector in Planning Policy and Housing Enabling roles. Rachel鈥檚 solid planning experience has seen her become the 午夜剧场鈥檚 lead on biodiversity net gain requirements, engaging with members and government to help ensure this policy works in practice.
